Smt and Sri Jeyaraaj Krishnan are a Veena playing couple. Based in Chennai, they spent a lot of time studying music in Kolkatta. They specialize in the Gayaki style of playing the Veena. Outstanding vainikas as they are, they also carry on the Dikshitar Parampara, maning they are in the direct disciple lineage of one of the holy trinities of Carnatic music - Sri Muthuswamy dikshitar.
